B. For Time with a Partner:

20 DB Renegade Rows*
20 Tuck Ups*

20 Wall Walks (Scale: 2 x Inchworms)
20 Synchronized Burpees
20 DB Devils Press (2x50/35)
*One partner does 20 Renegade Rows while the other partner does 20 Tuck Ups. Once both are finished, switch.
