Park Hill Fitness is led by Michelle Kinney, a 4-time CrossFit Games Individual Athlete and 3-time Guinness World Record holder. Our coaching staff brings decades of combined experience in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, strength training, mobility, and athletic development.
