Lauren and Michelle’s Anniversary Workout

A. With a partner, one person working at a time, alternating movements, complete
AMRAP 9 Minutes of:
9 Over-the-Bar Burpees
9 Deadlift (100/70)
9 Knee Tucks

Rest 3 Minutes

B. With a partner, one person working at a time, dividing reps evenly (14 each),
complete 4 Rounds for Time of:
28 KB Swings (24/16)
28 Wall Ball (20/14)
28 Pullups

Rest 3 Minutes

C. With a partner, both working at the same movement at the same time without
advancing to the next movement until both partners are done, complete 4 Rounds
Each for Time:
18 Single Arm DB Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35) *9 each arm
18 Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunges (50/35) *9 each arm
400m Run

Both partners will perform the 18 Single Arm DB Hang Clean and Jerks. Once both
have completed 18 reps, both partners will move to 18 steps of Single Arm
Overhead Walking Lunges. Once both partners complete the lunges, both partners
will run the 400m. The next round cannot begin until both partners have completed
the run.

**This workout is excessive. Scale weights, reps, and rounds as needed**

Time Cap = 45 Minutes
