A. 5 minutes of Deadlift instruction and practice + 7 minutes to build to 75% of 1RM
B. Every 2:30 for 17:30 (7 Sets): Deadlift
Sets1-2: 5 reps at. 75%+
Sets 3-4: 3 reps
Sets 5-7: 1 rep
Build to heavy.
C. EMOM 10 Alternating Minutes:
Min1: 5-10 Strict Pullups or 2-3 Pullup Negatives
Min2: 3 Tall Box Jumps
Scores = Heavy DL; 3RM Box Jump
