A. 5 Minutes to Build Back Rack Reverse Lunge to 50% of 1RM Back Squat

B. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 Sets): 8 Back Rack Reverse Lunges (4 per side)
Start at 50% 1RM Back Squat and build across the 5 sets.

C. EMOM 20 Alternating Minutes:

Min2: 15 Hollow Rocks
Min3: 12/9 Cal Row
Min4: 30 Plank Shoulder Taps

Score = Heaviest 8-Rep Lunge
